医患会话中汉语情态附加语的人际意义研究

摘要

医患会话作为医疗实践中的要素，吸引着越来越多的来自社会学、心理学及语言学领域的广泛关注。然而，有关医患会话的人际方面的研究并不多，而医患关系却是最为复杂的人际关系之一。由于医患会话的重要性及特殊性，其情态附加语所传达的人际意义的确值得更多的研究。
　　结合功能语法及对医患会话中汉语情态附加语的研究，本文主要探讨如下问题:(1)医患会话中汉语情态附加语具有什么人际功能？(2)汉语情态附加语的人际意义是如何通过语气和情态系统实现的？
　　本文基于系统功能语言学的人际功能视角，通过对汉语附加语的人际意义的讨论，探讨了系统功能语言学对于汉语语法研究的适用性。通过对语料数据进行详细分析后，本文得到了以下结论:(1)汉语情态附加语的人际功能主要是通过断定语气、疑问语气和祈使语气实现的。(2)医患会话中，六个典型语气词具有不同的人际意义。“吧”半信半疑的中值情态意义使其游离于断定句与疑问句之间，其所表现的商量口吻为听话者提供更大的商讨空间，因其礼貌性而逐渐功能化为祈使句的标志之一。“呢”的低值主观情态意义使其功能化为非是非疑问的标志之一。“啊”的情感突出功能必然会在感叹句中体现。“嘛”在断定句的主观确信功能表现在建议句中具有任性、撒娇的口气缓和功能。在六个语气词中，只有“吗”具有索取信息的言语功能，其高值的疑问情态意义主要体现在疑问句中。(3)语气副词和其他附加语主要通过情态系统来实现其索取信息，加强或是弱化语气的功能。
　　本文共包括五章。第一章是对文章的总体介绍，涵盖了研究背景、研究目的和意义，及研究方法。第二章综述了对医患沟通、情态附加语及人际功能的现有研究，并提出研究问题。第三章是全文的理论基础。第四章是全文的主体部分，主要对医患会话中情态附加语的人际意义进行全面详细的分析。最后第五章总结全文，包括研究成果、指导意义及本研究的局限之处。
