摘要

In this paper, the dynamic analysis is done to the four-bar linkage for oil scooping machine with travelling girder in the dynamic-static analysis approach. The precise net torque equations for the crank shaft of the machine are hereby obtained. The causes of vast energy consumption of the present pumping units are analyzed. The mathematical model of the optimization design of oil scooping machine with travelling girder has been established, which takes the mean square root of the net torque on the crank shaft as the object function. The net torque peak value of the crank shaft is cut down obviously. The smooth and steady degree is improved accordingly. The reduction of the energy consumption is realized. The design methods of reducing the energy consumption for the machine are equally useful to other mechanical products which have the similar load features.
