Influence of the Wear Teeth on Parameters of the Engagement of Gear Power Transmission

摘要

This paper presents new analytical investigations of the engagement of the spur gear with worn teeth. These investigations are based on the experimental data of the gear power transmission's exploitation and geometric, kinematic and dynamic models, which take into account gear ratio changes because of the teeth' wear. By the results of these researches it is possible to determine the teeth wear after a certain period of their exploitation which is very important for the designing practice of the tooth gearing.
