摘要

The core of nanotechnology is nanolization of the device elements and minimization of the devices. Nanowire is the most important component which connected the nanoelements into devices. In some cases, nano-wire itself work as devices (eg. nanoelectrode, nanosensor, light emitter). How to fabricate kind, shape, diameter and length controllable nano-wires is the key for the development of nanotechnology. There are numbers of reported strategies for preparing nanowires, few of them could be used for the purpose of practical easier connection. However, SPM based fabrication of nanowire and complex 2D, 3d nanostructure by assembly nanoparticles has the potential.
