Certain Ponders of Constructing the Customer-Oriented Supply Chain Management Pattern

The application of supply chain management in China is still in its initial period and the customer-oriented supply chain management pattern is relatively a new concept. This study provides some preliminary theoretical discussion about this subject. Empirical research should be done in the future research.
