摘要

Volunteers are not only important production resources of the society, but also most unique human resources of non-profit organization. With the developing of non-profit organization in China, volunteers are playing an increasingly important role in non-profit organizations. As a form of social organization, if non-profit organizations want to seek the development in transitional period of China, they must emphasize the management of volunteers in the non-profit organization. Therefore, this paper analyses volunteers management problems of the current non-profit organization in China, and attempts to solve them from the following aspects: first, we should develop good internal and external environment to attract talented volunteers; second, non-profit organizations should improve the management efficiency of the volunteers; third, perfect the system of volunteers training mechanism; fourth, we should develop effective measures to motivate volunteers.
