摘要

By application of vacuum arc casting coupled with spray casting technology,with Cu 0.5 Cr 0.2 Zr 0.02Y0.02 (55%wt La+45wt% Ce) as the nominal composition,Cr3C2/Cu particle reinforced composite can be produced through graphite crucible melting process which generates in situ synthesized Cr carbide.Studies on the microstructure,mechanical and electrical properties of the composite showed that through cold deformation and aging treatment,its microstructure is characterized with equiaxed α-Cu matrix;while 90% of cold deformation and aging 45 minutes at 500℃ treatment provides the composite with properties of Hv100 182.7 in microhardness and 83.5% 1ACS in conductivity,wherein the microhardness and conductivity are well balanced,which enables the composite to satisfy the major performance indexes required for high strength and conductivity copper matrix material.
