This Request For Information (RFI) is issued by Office des postes et télécommunicationsrn(OPT) dealing with landing point in Oahu for the Tahiti Hawaii submarine cable andrninterconnection possibilities.rnOPT is undertaking the construction of a new submarine cable from Tahiti to Hawaii. Thisrncable will carry services that are currently provided by satellite service to Tahiti. Servicesrntransported over the cable will be telephony, internet access, lease lines and video.
