Network attacks are as diverse as the systems against which they are directed. Some attacks are very difficult, others are able to the usual operator, not even guessing what the consequences of his activities. To assess the types of attacks, it is needed to know some of the limitations inherent in the TPC / IP protocol. The Internet was created for communication between state institutions and universities in order to assist the educational process and research. The creators of this network did not suspect how widespread it would get. As a result, the specifications of the earlier versions of the Internet Protocol (IP) lacked security requirements. This is why many IP implementations are inherently vulnerable [13-16].
