The article investigates the problem of multicriterional selection of the type of signal-code construction, i.e. the type of serrated noise-like signal for the satellite noise-resistant asynchronous information-carrying transmission system (AITS) and microelectronic devices, their optimal processing taking into account the set of requirements to AITS. The account of the basic indicators of AITS quality which are necessary for taking into account at a choice of type of a difficult signal (DiS) and structural schemes of their optimum processing is proved.
