摘要

In this study, we have prepared and characterized a novel intra-cellular pH-sensitive polymeric micelle with folate-mediated active drug trafficking property. As described above, it is experimentally elucidated that cell growth inhibitory activity of the micelles can be enhanced by this approach, which provides a safe and effective strategy for cancer treatment using drug carriers.
