Development of Multi-Lumen PEG Hydrogel Conduits

摘要

Multi-lumen PEG hydrogel conduits have thus been developed that are bioactive and have the capability to be sutured in place to serve as a NGC. These conduits were created using a stereolithog-raphy process that could be scaled up for mass production. Further development of these conduits will focus on creating a circular cross-section with round lumens and creating single lumen end caps for insertion of nerve stumps.
