摘要

Establishing an ideal datum plane can play an important role in the geometry parameter shape tolerance detection and engineering measurement. While the errors between the manufacturing and assembling adjustment of scanning device on the optical datum plane are unavoidable when scanning equipment scans to establish a. If the errors are not compensated, they will be finally introduced into the datum plane, whereby measurement accuracy will be reduced. This paper analyzes the possible errors to be caused by the scanning device and pentagonal prism performances in details. On the basis of which the theoretical formula for compensation the errors can be derived whereby the scanning device model is suggested in terms of the formula.
