In an attempt to better serve the campus’ residential population,rnStudent Computing Services at Bentley College implemented arnprogram offering computer support in residence halls. This paperrnwill describe the problems with our initial program, ResNet, andrnhow they led to its rebirth as Dorm Storm. Staffing, marketing,rnstudent staff motivation, effectiveness and popularity with thernstudent body will be covered in a comparison of the two modelsrnused.
