Knowledge Portal on Computational Linguistics: Content-Based Multilingual Access to Linguistic Information Resources

The paper presents a knowledge Internet portal that provides systematization of knowledge and information resources on computational linguistics and their integration into a uniform information space, as well as the content-based multilingual access to them (information search in terms of the subject domain and knowledge-based navigation through the portal content).
