Comparative study the ratio of structural polysaccharides in tissues of bean plants and isolated protoplasts by using of ~(14)C-glucose showed that protoplasts significantly distinguish by low content of cellulose. This fact can be explained as by interrupted of control mechanisms as by stress effects arising at protoplasts isolation and cultivation. Colchicine (10~(-3) M) and vinblastine (10~(-6) M), which are inhibitors of one of the structural components of cytoskeleton ―microtubules, interrupted the cell wall polysaccharides synthesis.
