Corporate Culture as a Framework of Training Employees

The article considers modern trends that characterize changes in the corporate culture of international companies. The paper also reveals the impact of corporate culture on the company growth. The article presents some examples: how to develop the corporate culture successfully, make effective use of the human capital, and support the company staff's internal projects. In this regard, the authors describe the vision of corporate culture development as foreign and Russian corporate leaders see it.
