摘要

In this paper bioactivation and biotransformation of the xenobiotices were examined. Toxic metabolites formation was considered. Biotransformation to reactive electrophiles and biotransformation to radicals were investigated. Free radicals and oxygen meatabolites by xenobiotics were studied. Reactive intermediates detoxification may be due to the hydrolysis, glutathione conjugtion, or interactions with cellular antioxidants. Regulation parameters of detoxification are observed. Biotransformation rate is defined.
