All the stunning results of high-resolution electron microscopy (HREM) are achieved by phase contrast with modern commercial microscopes operated between 200 and 400 kV. The Internet provides an abundant source of computer codes that can be down-loaded and applied to evaluation and simulation of expeimental results. understanding and profitable insights, however, can be acquired only through the study of books and papers and through interaction with other scientists.
