Human esophageal cancer (HEC) is a multifactorial disease, and a possible association of Fusarium mycotoxins with the incidence of HEC has been suggested. The present study was conducted to evaluated the health risk of mycotoxins in staples of two years' harvest from Linxian and Shangqiu Counties, the high-and low-risk arease of HEC, respectively, in Henan Province, China.
