Since the trend of doing business on line has becomernmore and more common among different sizes ofrncompanies and industries, measuring the antecedents ofrnweb site design is important to both practitioners andrnresearchers. Achieving customer satisfaction is thernultimate goal of electronic commerce so to guarantee onrnline purchases. Based on the research models and factorsrnproposed by previous studies on customer satisfaction andrnWeb interface design, a new model is developed in thisrnpaper. This model shows how various antecedent factorsrnaffect consumer satisfaction towards Internet shoppingrnthrough the intermediate construct of a successful Websiterndesign.
