摘要

This paper analyzes the tension and compresses process about typical mild steel in metal and raises a mechanical model which considers local deformation necking effect of metal material.This model modifies dynamic tension of G50 steel and compress mechanical performance.Dynamic fracture strength of G50 steel is up to 2291MPa~3286MPa and dynamic fracture strain is up to 0.599~1.05 after modified.It is good corresponding with test results.Fracture strength of G50 steel raises 19.4%under quasi-static and fracture strain under quasi-static is as 4.98 times as original after modified.Fracture strength and fracture strain have great advanced.It effectively solves metal constitutive model's problems existent in numerical value simulation which about high-speed impacting,penetration and big material deformation fields and so on.
