The use of action research approaches to finding intervention strategies that can dealrnwith complex or messy situations in organisations is well accepted. However, therernare no such approaches that tackle inquiry through knowledge processes and in termsrnof knowledge management. The intention will be to provide an approach that doesrnboth of these things from a Critical Theory perspective.
