Innovation Analysis on Judicial Adjudication from the View of Law and Economics

摘要

As judicial adjudication is a category of the traditional legal research, this paper analyzes the judicial adjudication from the perspective of economics to explore the economic attributes of the judicial adjudication. This paper has broadened the research scope of law and economics by incorporating the research of judicial adjudication and has brought the research of law and economics from theories to practice. It also points out that the case guidance system will help improve the efficiency of the judicial adjudication, which demonstrates the great significance of promoting and constructing “case guidance system” in China.
