PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a law analysis support device which allows a requisite stipulated in law to be efficiently extracted.;SOLUTION: A law analysis support device comprises a memory device 204 and a requisite extracting part 102. The memory device 204 stores the text of a law, requisite extracting conditions for determining whether the text of the law contains a requisite or not, and the type of requisite in accordance with the requisite extracting conditions, in a correlated manner. The requisite extracting part 102 determines whether a requisite is included in the article of the text of the law based on the requisite extracting conditions, displays the type of requisite corresponding to at least one requisite extracting condition which it is determined that the requisite is included, receives the specification of the type of requisite to be assigned from a user, receives an input of the requisite corresponding to the type of requisite for the article from the user, and stores the requisite information of the law correlated with the article, the specified type of requisite and the inputted requisite in the memory device 204.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
