摘要

The application of competency model will help us examine the whole of various competency characteristics needed in university recruitment, especially the deep-seated characteristics like professional character and job motivation. Establishing competency appraising indexes system and using analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to determine the weight of each index is essential to construct competency model for university recruitment. Further examples have been evaluated in this essay which suggests the validity of model established for university recruitment.
