Reforming Inherent Mental Models to Improve Safety Management of Coal Mines

摘要

The investigation and research about coal mine accidents shows that during the domestic safety production process, the vast majority of accidents are due to non-standard human actions. Studies on mental models of human psychology have shown that people's behavior and mental models are relevant. We should grasp the laws of human behavior, take effective measures and implement humanistic management to reduce the accidents rate, in order to achieve long-term stability in coal mine and accomplish the purpose of safe production.
