摘要

This paper introduces an efficient programmable FIR digital filter design method, and the validation of the filter function .Firstly, use MATLAB to get filter parameters based on the project needs. According to the parameters, use hardware description language VHDL in FPGA, combined with theory diagram to achieve a filter with symmetrical structure. Input sine wave signals of different frequencies designed by MATLAB to the filter, which is designed by FPG, and verified by software simulation, given the timing simulation under different input conditions. Experimental results show that the FIR digital filter design can meet the performance requirements.
