Crystal structure and grain size of bulk nanocrystalline Fe3Al based materials with 5,10 and 15 wt. % Cr after annealing at 600, 800 1000 ℃ for 8 h were investigated byX-ray diffraction and transmission electron microscope. Bending and compressive properties of the materials after the annealing were tested. It shows the materials still had disorder bcc structure of Fe3Al after the annealing. Average grain size of the materials varied a little after the annealing. Amorphous phase in the materials disappeared after annealing at 800 and 1000 ℃. The materials still had good plasticity and bending and compressive properties changed a little after the annealing.
