Model driven reprogramming of biological systems

摘要

In this paper, two examples of our recent effort on taking model driven approach in reprogramming E. coli were presented. The first example relates to the developing of engineered E. coli as a sensor which would be able to sense Vibrio cholerae and produce a measurable output upon detecting V. cholerae. The second example involves the development of light controllable genetic circuits.
