Metal (Cu) and semiconductor (Cu2ZnSnS4) nanoparticles were successfully synthesized by the chemical methods. Morphological and structural properties of nanoparticles were investigated. Synthesized nanoparticles were used for development of nanoinks, which are promising for 3D printing of the electronic circuit components and solar cells.
