In order to solve the vibration problem of flexible system which the control order of CNC servo system is four orders or over four orders, one of the mainly effective methods is the characteristic of high-order smooth of the acc/dec (acceleration and deceleration) control instructions. According to the control theory of linear acc/dec, a novel acc/dec control algorithm based on moving-average is presented in this paper. The continuity of the acceleration curve can be obtained by using the proposed algorithm. Further, the curve of Jerk will also be continuous by extending the proposed algorithm. In practice, this algorithm is simple and needn't solve the high-order equation. By extending this algorithm, the high-order smooth acceleration instruction can be achieved that is the important meaning to improve the machining accuracy of CNC system.
