When airport authorities carry out aircraft noise monitoring around their airport, it has thedemands which want to distinguish and evaluate aircraft noise and other sounds. Moreover, thereis also a demand which separates and measures engine run-up sound, TAXIING sound and APUsound for every occurrence place to take countermeasures about sound source in the airport.Since ground sound, mentioned above, has long continuation time, they are generatedsimultaneously about takeoff or landing sound of aircrafts in many cases. Although we havereported the detection technique of plural sound sources by a cross correlation method at Inter-Noise 2008. This method may produce problems of combination in calculation of the soundarrival direction vector regarding plural sound sources, and may make mistakes in sound sourceposition detection as a result. We report examples applied the technique of the sound sourceidentification which improved the problem to plural sound sources generated at the same time.
