PURPOSE: A portable capturing device for preventing noises and a control method thereof are provided to prevent noises of sound generated by a sound playback when capturing multimedia contents such as video in the middle of sound playback.;CONSTITUTION: An audio output module(30) outputs an audio signal. An audio input module(40) receives the audio signal from outside. A camera module receives an input image from outside. If a capture command is inputted while outputting sound according to playback of an audio file through a speaker of the audio output module to outside, a control module(60) stops output of the sound through the speaker while photographing video according to sound inputted through the input image and the audio input module.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
