The Atlantic Basin market addressed in this paper is defined as North America, the Caribbean, Central America, South America and all of Europe. The gasoline market includes ethanol, both that blended with refinery gasoline and neat ethanol fuel (Brazil) as well as E85. The Atlantic Basin gasoline market accounts for 65% of global gasoline demand.
