Entropy Theory on Order Degree Evaluation of the Project Management Organization Structure

The organization structure is very important for project management. The rationality of organization structure for project management lies in the speed and accuracy of information circulation, or efficiency and quality which constitute the order degree of organization structure. From the perspective of information circulation and on the basis of entropy theory, this paper puts forward the concepts of effectiveness, quality and order degree of organization structure for project management. At the same time it quantitatively analyzes the rationality and order degree of organization structure of project management to find the new ways in organization structure research. Order degree is used to evaluate the organization efficiency. From the different organization structure, we can get order degree to evaluate the effectiveness. It provides new method for project management organization research.
