In recent years, MOOC and flipped classrooms have becoming more and more popular among teaching concepts. Both advocate a student-oriented way of study, encouraging students to learn independently and strengthening teacher-student interactions, which not only meets the requirements of quality education, but also can effectively improve teaching efficiency. In the teaching process of designing and producing webpages, teachers should combine the advantages of the two together, to help students have a good command of the theoretical knowledge and practical skills through four stages: pre-class preparation, student self-learning, classroom activities, after-school practice and reflection. Therefore, students' practical skills and overall ability can be enhanced, and companies will get qualified talents they need.
