Currently, with the increasing attention paid to the corporate culture, enterprise employees' uniformed dresses have become significant ingredients of the integral and typical corporate culture. Nowadays, due to the active advocation of a low-carbon society by the state enterprises leaderships, as they struggle to balance the conflicts between not only corporate culture and society's demands, but also between the employees and managers, these have arisen considerate concern which leads to this research paper's direction. After researching young women's attitudes toward business attire in an economically developed Suzhou district, we discovered that the two crucial factors affecting young women's attitude toward business attire femininity and excellent quality. Accordingly, we will propose some related advise for managers in selecting business attire. Meanwhile, this specific research has made meaningful and practical contribution to the limited social resources and the promotion of the region's sustainable development.
