Although numerous researches have showed that supplementary fit is positively related to job satisfaction, while what specific facet of supplementary fit is asmted with job satisfaction and by what way is still unknown. 520 surveys from Middle, East, West, North and South China showed that first, only for supplementary fit on the value of pay and autonomy was positively associated with job satisfaction, while opposed to the prediction, supplementary fit on the value of security effected in the reverse way. Second, as predicted, emotional exhaustion partially mediated the relationship between supplementary fit on the value of pay and job satisfaction.
