To provide an electronic commerce mediation apparatus for stimulating purchasing motivation and reducing burden feeling.SOLUTION: An electronic commerce mediation apparatus includes primary commerce order information acquisition means for acquiring information of a primary commerce that an ordering user orders, and support subject information acquisition means for acquiring information of a target for providing a support benefit selected by the ordering user. The electronic commerce mediation apparatus includes primary commerce implementing means to complete at least part of a primary commerce. The electronic commerce mediation apparatus includes support benefit provision means that has an opportunity to execute at least one of a benefit provision achieving operation and a benefit provision spare operation to a support target any number of times with a requirement that at least a part of a primary commerce is established at any time. The electronic commerce mediation apparatus includes ordering user identification information recording means for recording information that can identify a user as a predetermined ordering user.
