摘要

We have synthesized Vanadium doped Covellite nanocrystals, by a simple and environmentally begin technique involving the reaction of copper sulphate monohydrate, thiourea and doping agent V2O5. The products were characterized by XRD, SEM, and UV-Visible techniques. The morphology studies for covellite (CuS) nanoparticle obtained is seed like structure with size of 73–90nm. We confirm the monoclinic structure of Vanadium doped covellite nanoparticle through XRD data.
