稀土Eu掺杂ZnO纳米棒的水热合成及其光学性质

     

摘要

采用水热法合成了稀土Eu掺杂ZnO纳米棒材料(ZnO/Eux),研究了稀土Eu的掺杂比x对ZnO材料的结构、形貌和光学性质的影响.结果表明:Eu3+被成功掺入到ZnO中,材料呈纳米棒状结构且直径为15-25 nm.Eu的掺杂对ZnO材料的结晶度和光学性质有明显的影响.随着Eu掺杂比x的增加,ZnO材料的结晶度明显下降,这是因杂质Eu的引入导致材料缺陷增加所致.缺陷的增加引起ZnO材料中Eu3+的红色特征发光峰增强.另外,随着Eu掺入到ZnO中,紫外发射峰位置发生明显的红移现象,这与引入Eu杂质能级有关.%The Eu-doped ZnO nanorods were synthesized by a hydrothermal method.The effects of Eu doping ratio on the structures,morphologies and optical properties of the synthesized samples were studied.The results showed that the Eu ions were successfully doped into the ZnO,and the samples were composed of nanorods with a diameter of 15-25 nm.The increase of Eu3+ doping ratio had a negative effect on the crystallization quality.Due to the defects,the red emission of Eu3+ was enhanced with Eu doping.In addition,the UV emission had a red shift due to the additional impurity level of Eu.
