摘要

In this paper, a finite element model-based damage scenario analysis tool is developed to assess the structural performance of a bridge using the deflection influence lines. This provides the option to convert from the subjective damage indication number based on expert opinion to a physics-based damage indication number. The tool is implemented for a case study bridge using open-source software to provide an economically viable solution.
