Low-Cost Optical Pressure Sensor Using Flexible PDMS Grating

摘要

A low-cost optical pressure sensor is designed using elastomeric polymer based grating having 1.4 μm grating pitch and hybrid perovskite material Methyl-ammonium lade tri-bromide based photodiode. Such type of sensor is useful in the treatment of neurological disorder problems like headache and blood pressure.
