For a class of discrete systems with time-delay and uncertainties, the robust non-fragile H∞ controller is studied. Based on Lyapunov stability theory, under the assumption that the uncertainties are norm-bounded, a significant performance improvement is achieved in system analysis, and sufficient condition of the existing of robust non-fragile controller with H∞ performance index is given. For all admissible uncertainties, the robust non-fragile H∞ controller which stabilizes the systems and reduces the effect of the disturbance input is presented by linear matrix inequality. At last, a numerical example is presented to illustrate the validity of this approach.
