Study on Reverse Logistics of Automobile Enterprises Based on Process of Consumption

摘要

Through analyzing the strategic value of the automobile enterprises' reverse logistics based on process of consumption, this paper establishes the model of functions of reverse logistics of automobile enterprises. Then it studies the obstacle factors of the automobile enterprises' reverse logistics. Lastly, tactics are discussed which would be propitious to reverse logistics management in automobile enterprises.
