Development of office service robot

摘要

We have developed an office service robot that was designed to provide services for an unspecified number of people in offices or public places. It has sophisticated functions for autonomous navigation, human communication, and network communication. This provides a common platform enabling us to construct systems for a great range of applications. We describe here its concept, features, and system configuration.
