The project adopted the method of combination of the agriculture and the coordinated machinery for it and completed the research of machine equipments for the raising seedling and transplanting for summer seeding replant and its coordinated agriculture technology, which is used for big field crops like cotton and corn, and it can also adapt the weather in the middle and west area of China. It solved the problem of high work power, and low efficiency which exist in the course of raising seedling and transplanting summer seeding replant in the droughty area of China. It make the accumulated temperature of the double seeding crops increasing 1000-1300 °C, and the output of it adding 30%-50%, and make the two times of reap in one year into reality in the area where crops once can only reap three times in two years. The technology of raising seedling and transplanting in draughty area make use of earthen bowl filled with prescription, and the technology of making earthen bowl and raising seedling and transplanting with machine. The research designed the making earthen bowl machine with double hammerhead which can moving in the field, and be used form complete set with small tractor, and the small scale transplanting machine with suspended cups which can also remedy the earthen bowl seedling obliquity organizations automatically.
