The ONERA-DLR Aeroacoustic Rotor Optimisation Programme ERATO: Methodology and achievements - (PPT)

摘要

The ERATO programme has been successful in designing a low noise rotor w/r to a rotor of current technology, so that the methodology used can be considered verified. A highly instrumented model rotor of complex geometry has been designed and manufactured by ONERA and DLR. Extensive wind tunnel studies with sophisticated measurement techniques have been performed. A large amount of experimental data has been generated which will serve for improving the accuracy of prediction tools.
