REAL TIME CONTROL OF A TUTORIAL FLEXIBLE MANUFACTURING CELL

摘要

This work was carried out as part of the BED-CONICET Project No. 83 "Modeling, Simulation and Control of Flexible Manufacturing Cell. FMC. It deals with the design and construction of the control system for a Tutorial Flexible Manufacturing Cell (TFMC). The control system modelling was built on a Data Flow Diagram basis. The implementation itself was carried out with Artificial Intelligence techniques and the computer language used was Prolog. The hardware consisted basically of PCs and peripheral devices. The control system has been made and tested and is operating at present at the CUDAR.
